You have the right to return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order – no justification required.


βœ… Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging;

  • Earrings must be unworn (for hygiene reasons);

  • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable.


❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • The request is made after 14 days;

  • The item shows wear, damage, or missing parts;

  • The item is customized or made to order.


πŸ“¦ How to return (via courier – EU Shipments):

  1. Email us at allblue@gmx.de with your order number and optional reason;

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions and return address;

  3. Send the item via your preferred courier (with tracking recommended);

  4. Keep the shipping receipt for reference.

πŸ“Œ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective.


πŸ’Έ Refunds

  • Online payments: refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected;

  • COD orders: refunds are processed via bank transfer – please provide your IBAN and full name;

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

Email us within 3 days of receiving the item, with photos or video.
We will offer a replacement or full refund.
