All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other providers shown at checkout.

An order is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver orders only within Romania.

Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days within Romania.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over €59 within Romania.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been inspected and approved.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, natural disasters).

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
