1. Delivery Area
We currently ship orders to Romania only, using fast home delivery via EU Shipments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or COD confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
In major cities, next-day delivery is possible.

4. Shipping Fee

  • Standard shipping: €3.99

  • Free shipping for orders over €59

  • COD is available at no extra charge

5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from EU Shipments.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within 5 business days, please contact us at info@mizuhaus.com.

7. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct.

  • We do not cover reshipping fees for parcels returned due to incorrect address or missed delivery.
